Duties, taxes & import fees
For orders shipped outside Hong Kong, duties, VAT/GST, and any customs clearance or courier handling fees are not included in your order total. If your country charges import fees, the courier or local customs office may request payment before delivery or upon delivery.

Order processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link by email.
Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address (including apartment/unit number and postal code). If a parcel is returned to us due to an incomplete or incorrect address, we can reship it, but additional shipping charges may apply.
